Guides are developed and re-tested by our team; reader mail is answered by the editorial desk. We work remotely, so email is quicker than any other channel. Please do not send the same message to several desks.
Before you write about a job
Include the page title or URL, the age and construction of the surface or the ingredients and equipment you used, and what you already tried. If a problem keeps returning, the answer is usually diagnosis – a local professional who can see it will help faster than we can.
